Laurie won first prize for her Class 4 entry at a recent area flower show.
Laurie has never entered a floral contest, yet with her floral entry she won the San Fernando Valley Garden Club’s Flower Show. The flower show had a miniature division, entitled “It’s a Small World”. The floral entries could not exceed 8 inches in height. Laurie took home the win with her Blue Blossom miniature floral design.
