Students learn to grow flowers and vegetables in raised beds with the help of Sunshine Garden Club volunteers

Members Rose Scordina and Barbara Dallis have been busy teaching and working with both Pinetree and Sulphur Spring elementary students on how to grow a successful garden.    They even had to detour a sneaky opossum.   As a result, their school garden project is producing yummy vegetables and flowers.    At the end of the school year, the students will enjoy a delicious salad from their very own garden.
